Miss Me?

Prob not,

So I didn't do any of those work outs I had posted earlier. I pulled my hamstring and wasn't able to do them. But I'm just about at 100 percent.

3 rounds for time:

Lunges for 100ft
50 Squats
45 second supermans

Time = 11:30

I think I can do better but I was working on form.
